Distance Learning
Tech Depot Update
To ensure better service as well as limit wait times and lines, we are modifying our Distance Learning Tech Depot process.
If a student needs a replacement Chromebook or is having technology issues, families should email their school secretary and principal directly. The principal will contact the NPS Technology Department and a time will be scheduled to pick up a Chromebook replacement at the Distance Learning Tech Depot.
Tech Depot appointments will be scheduled for a Wednesday or Thursday between 12pm to 3pm. The Depot is located in the former Norwalk Pathways Academy at Briggs building, 350 Main Avenue.
Per the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control, Mayor Rilling and the state, our staff will be practicing social distancing. Please maintain six feet of space between you and others while visiting the Depot during open hours and times. Most importantly, if you are feeling ill, have a cough, fever, sore throat, or have been in contact with a person who is ill, please do not come to the facility at all.
For additional distance learning and tech support, you can go to the norwalkps.org main page and click on the link on top that is in red NPS Distance Learning Tech Support. There are several options in there to help resolve technology issues.
