Freshman Academy

Welcome to Norwalk High School and Freshman Academy!

All incoming 9th graders are invited to participate in a 5 week program thanks to the support of the Carver Center. The transition from middle school to high school is important for all students, and at Norwalk High School we want it to be successful one. The focus of Freshmen Academy is to help students adjust to the challenges and gain the skills necessary to have a positive freshman year and high school career.

Students who enroll in the program will participate in academic courses, take field trips that align with the curriculum, and connect with teachers they will encounter in their high school experience.
